My daughter-in-law is a hairdresser and she told me about this shampoo called Fairy Tales that helps PREVENT head lice. They have been selling Fairy tales Rosemary Repel Shampoo for a couple of years now and she says it is flying off the shelf. Her daughter has started school this year and has been head lice free.
Fairy Tales Rosemary Repel shampoo is a natural shampoo that contains Rosemary and Lavender oils. These oils have been shown to REPEL head lice and other insects from hair. There is also a leave in conditioner for extra protection. It is all natural so it can be used everyday.
It cost about ten to fifteen dollars at her shop. I think that is not asking much considering the peace of mind and protection it will provide. I did a search and could not find it a Wal Mart or Rite Aid. I am not saying that it is not sold in stores, but I could not find it.

If this product really works it is brilliant! Thanks for sharing. All of our kids are grown up and we wish we had something like this.
Pat's son started school in London and there wer an urban myths about headlice. Pat was told to make sure her son sat next to somebody who was a different colour as head lice will not move from one race to another. She was also told to put coconut oil on his hair to prevent lice. There are probably enough theories to write a whole hub.

This is a fantastic product. I came across your site while looking for something to use. I had to come back and thank you for the info, way to order it. We are using this shampoo everyday. No problems so far. Our children go to camp every summer, believe it or not headlice is a problem. I am going to recommend they order this shampoo.I will save this site in my favorites.
