Just like with anything there are pros and cons.

From what I have read, Zerona is not for everyone. Zerona Laser procedure works best on people that exercise and eat a healthy diet and only need to lose a few stubborn fat pockets. I have read It is not for people above 30 BMI ( Body Mass Index )

Also because Zerona Laser Treatment is new they do not guarantee it to work on everyone that tries it. So if you are thinking of trying Zerona, I would look for a physician that will agree to put in writing an agreement that I will be compensated in some way like, some money back or credit towards a different treatment. 

There is also a diet you need to follow to keep the pounds off.

I have also read some opinions, because it uses such a low level laser there is no way it can reduce fat.
